Neighboring concepts is seeking an energetic and innovative Marketing & Administrative Assistant to contribute to our diverse team of professionals. Candidate will work closely with lead architects creating persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, assisting with website and social media marketing content, and maintaining systems and tools to promote overall marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency.


Applicant’s responsibilities:

Work with project managers & business development leaders to advance our marketing efforts.
Determine proposal content required from RFPs, RFQs, then prepare proposal content based upon library of existing proposals and input as needed by other staff.
Schedule monthly educational lunch and learns with architectural representatives.
Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting arrangements, and catering needs.
Manage phone calls and correspondence.
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service.
Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and process orders.
Performs other related duties as needed or requested.


Requisite skills for consideration include:

Excellent communication skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word

Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge

Positive attitude

Organized and ability to multi-task
