Neighboring Concepts is proud to be named the architect of record for Johnson C. Smith’s new Foster Village Network Center. The historic former home of George E. Davis has undergone a complete renovation and restoration to house administrative offices and conference rooms for the new Foster Village. The vision of former foster father of four and JCSU President, Dr. Ronald Carter, the new foster care initiative is a holistic program providing guidance and support to teens that┬áhave aged out of foster care as they navigate through the educational system and into college. Directly in line with the Neighboring Concepts mission, the newly restored Davis House will bring welcomed life and energy to the local community, enhance its surroundings and better the lives of its users.
