Summit Greenway Condominiums
projects

The homes at Summit Greenway are designed in a Craftsman Revival style to adhere to the architectural guidelines of the Wesley Heights Historic District. Some of the many features include: real wood siding and windows, deep, rocking chair front porches, large rear decks, 1 or 2-car garages and spectacular skyline views. Summit Greenway includes 12 townhome-style condominiums, plus 3 single-family lots, which face Summit Avenue. The townhomes are grouped in pairs, 2 per building – so that all homes are end units with windows on 3 sides. The 3 single- family lots will be sold to homeowners who will agree to build at the same time as the townhome-style condominiums, and will also adhere to design restrictions.
