Allison Rogers

Marketing Manager & Administrative Assistant

Allison is the Marketing Manager and Administrative Assistant at Neighboring Concepts. She attended Gardner-Webb University obtaining her Bachelors of Arts with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Business Administration. While studying at Gardner Webb, Allison was involved in various clubs and activities such as the Art Club, Marketing Club, and Delight a women’s ministry focused on community and spiritual growth. She began working in the marketing industry as she studied in graphic design, and began working in social media management.

Following graduation from Gardner-Webb, Allison got married and moved to Charlotte, N.C. where she freelanced as well as worked as a web designer in a marketing firm. She started her own small business selling digital designs and prints to raise money to local animal shelters, foster families, and other foundations. She found passion in helping others and watching them grow which is how she found her place at Neighboring Concepts.

At Neighboring Concepts, Allison collaborates with lead architects to conceptualize, research, and design marketing materials including proposals, presentations, brochures, website and social media content.

If I weren’t the Marketing Manager and Administrative Assistant at Neighboring Concepts, I’d be . . . a Disney Imagineer.
