Annette Bajema
Designer
“Whatever good things we build end up building us”- Julia Morgan
Annette Bajema is an Emerging Professional with the Neighboring Concepts Team. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Masters in Architecture and Business with a certificate in Urban Planning. Traveling through Europe and China, Annette developed a passion for the crafting of both a singular building and how buildings function together to create the communities we live in.
Annette comes with a background in custom residential architecture, a family tradition that started in the woodshop with her Dad and has been cultivated here in Charlotte. The balance between beauty, function, and funding to find the perfect solution for a client continues to drive her as Annette works on both the architecture and urban planning teams.
Annette’s interests include exploring the east coast, playing her harp, and enjoying all the wonderful activities that Charlotte has to offer.
If I weren’t an architectural designer I’d be…
