Cameron Kelly, LEED AP

Project Manager
I love watching a project grow from beginning to end. The best reward for our hard work is seeing the satisfaction our clients feel clients once their dreams come to life.

Cameron is an experienced architectural designer with more than 19 years of dedicated service to the Neighboring Concepts family. He joined us immediately upon graduation from North Carolina A&T State University in 1996 and has worn many hats to date. Cameron currently oversees construction administration for the team and in that role, serves as a premier client liaison.

Cameron’s professional experience encompasses every aspect of building design from conception to completion on a wide variety of project types including educational, institutional, transportation, residential/mixed use, civic, recreational and urban planning projects. He is highly skilled at code analysis and review and has worked on numerous projects of varying budgets and size. An excellent facilitator and communicator, Cameron has successfully led a number of design charrettes and community meetings for the team and he excels in client management.

We appreciate Cameron for his professional intelligence, exceptional problem solving skills and natural ability to understand and convey client needs to the team. Cameron’s intricate knowledge and understanding of our brand, our services and our clients along with his undying dedication to Neighboring Concepts and the communities that we serve constantly proves invaluable to us all.

If I weren’t an architectural designer I’d be . . .
A furniture or shoe designer.
