Frank A. Little, AIA, PMP

As Architects we are trained to be problem solvers. It is our responsibility when working with Clients to listen and understand their needs.  Through listening and understanding the needs of our Clients, we can better develop the architectural solutions that successfully address their needs and the communities they serve.

Frank Little is a licensed architect on the Neighboring Concepts team. Frank has been a licensed architect for 14+ years, and holds licensure in both North and South Carolina. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture, and from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Architecture.

Frank has worked in architecture within the Charlotte community for more than 23 years.  Through his years of experience, he has developed an appreciation for improving communities through design and architecture.  Frank pays careful attention to the details and quality of design, and believes the Clients are better served by maintaining continuity of the design team from conceptual design through completion and closeout of construction.  Over the years his work experience has included educational, institutional, military and healthcare projects.

Frank’s interests include coaching his son’s Pop Warner football team, supporting his two daughters interest in dance and gymnastics, making sure his children have a strong educational base, and making time for family vacations.

If I weren’t an architect at Neighboring Concepts I’d be . . .

An architectural consultant for the design of K-12 educational projects.
