Neighboring Concepts is supporting WSP by providing professional design, public engagement, graphic and visualization and transit planning services for Charlotte Area Transit System’s (CATS) Lynx Silver Line Project. The Neighboring Concepts team is leading the planning and design efforts for all vertical elements of the project, including Stations, Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, and Park and Rides while providing support for Design and Visualization and Public Engagement.
