Located between Monroe Rd and the Sardis Forest neighborhood in Charlotte, NC, this 103 unit senior affordable housing project provides convenience of adjacent services while relating to the context of the adjacent neighborhood. Neighboring Concepts worked with Dreamkey Partners in designing the building, which consists of 69 (1) bedroom units and 34 (2) bedroom units. The building provides a fitness room, community room, storage spaces for residents and laundry area on each level.
