Neighboring Concepts, as a subconsultant to LITTLE, provided supportive design and documentation services for 185,000 square feet of office upfit across multiple floors to a high rise core and shell building in Uptown Charlotte, NC. The project achieved LEED Platinum Certification, and was awarded the USGBC Sustainable Business Award for Wells Fargo Securities.
